These Terms of Service govern your use of the Handyman Hutz LLC website and the handyman services we provide. By contacting us, submitting a service request, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Handyman Hutz LLC provides residential handyman services including but not limited to painting, drywall repair, caulking, pressure washing, and garage makeovers throughout the Maineville, Mason, West Chester, and surrounding Southwest Ohio areas.
All services are subject to an in-person assessment prior to pricing. We reserve the right to decline any project we determine is outside our scope of work.
All quotes are provided in writing via Jobber and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon at the time of the quote. Additional work discovered during a project may require a revised quote before proceeding.
We do not begin work without your written or verbal approval of the quote.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of invoicing through Jobber.
Overdue invoices may be subject to a late fee as permitted by Ohio law.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the areas where work is to be performed. Any hazardous conditions that may affect our ability to safely complete the work must be disclosed prior to the start of the job.
We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with any completed service, please contact us within 7 days of project completion and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue at no additional charge.
Our warranty covers workmanship only and does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper use, or third-party modifications after our work is completed.
Handyman Hutz LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Warren County, Ohio.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
